Welcome to IHRD PMD

The Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD) is an autonomous institution established by the Government of Kerala, with a network of more than 87 institutions — including Engineering Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges, Schools, Colleges of Applied Science, Skill Development Centres, and Regional Centres spread across Kerala.

IHRD is the designated Total Solution Provider (TSP) for IT projects in Government Departments (G.O.(MS) No. 13/2000/ITD dated 28.07.2000) and has developed software solutions and hosted websites for many Government institutions.

The Production and Maintenance Division (PMD) of IHRD provides Comprehensive Annual Maintenance services for computers and peripherals in reputed Government Departments and organisations at the lowest rate approved by the State Government.
